Installation of the equipment necessary to utilize the LAB system is simple and inexpensive. With ten (10) minutes of instruction, or less, anyone familiar with broadcasting can install and operate the system. (See below.)

The LAB provided to fans consists of an ear “bud”, with a small battery, that is easy to use and very light weight. On/off and volume adjustment is included. Battery life will be between four (4) and five (5) hours.

In addition to the receivers provided to the fans, the LAB broadcast system consists of a portable laptop computer with the LAB software installed, a portable transmitter weighing approximately twelve (12) pounds, a professional headset/microphone and a small antenna, along with the appropriate cable connections.

Once the event has concluded, fans may deposit the LAB receiver in a recycling container, or simply deposit it in a trash receptacle. Recycling is encouraged, and may result in supplemental team revenue.
